How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated based on size and weight of the items, as well as the delivery location. You can calculate the approximate shipping cost in your cart!

 

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the country you live in, and whether you live in a rural area or not, shipping can take up to 4 days.

 

Can you declare my order as a gift or mark the value very low?

Poké Industries follows all International Customs laws. Due to this, we are required to declare full customs values on all orders.

 

Who is responsible for customs duties and fees?

Our prices already include customs duties and fees for products that we import from outside of the European Union.
We are not responsible for any additional fees after purchasing from Poké Industries, e.g. if a product is shipped outside of the EU. It is your own responsibility to investigate and determine what charges you will be assessed, and to pay those charges. We do not charge you for any additional customs duties or other charges assessed by government agencies (please note: shipping companies may).

 

Can I get a discount on my order?

We aim to offer fair prices to our customers. As such, we will also offer discounts from time to time. One way will be coupon codes, which you can receive e.g. by joining our mailing list and/or following us on Facebook.

 

Can I sell my cards and/or product to you?

Selling to us is definitely possible. Please send us an email at info@pokeindustries.eu with the subject line ‘Selling to Poké Industries’, and we can discuss the options.

 

What if I want to return an order?

You must fill out a Return Information form and return the item within 14 days of its arrival.
Please refer to our Return Policy.

If the product is received back in altered condition (e.g. a sealed box or pack opened, a crease on a card, etc.) then it will be treated as a sale to us of a used item, not as a return, and your credit will depend on what we would normally pay for that used product (if any).

 

Are all these products real?

Yes, all products sold on this website are officially licensed products. Trading cards are either sealed product, or genuine single cards in top condition. Every imported item is an official Japanese Pokémon Center product, and they are 100% real and of good quality.

 

What are the chances of getting valuable cards from loose packs?

On average, every 3rd pack contains a more valuable card (please note that numbers may vary based on expansion). We guarantee that loose booster packs you buy from us have the same chance of containing valuable cards as buying them from a freshly opened booster box.

 

If an item is out of stock, how long does it take before you receive new ones?

This depends on the type of product, and whether more is available. We try to order products from Japan at least once a month, but not everything is available anymore.
If there is a specific product you are looking for which is out of stock, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line, and we’ll see if we can specially order one for you!

 

Is this all you can get from import?

No, there’s more! If there is anything in particular you are looking for (e.g. items depicting a specific Pokémon, or an item we don), please feel free to send us an email and we will check what we can do for you!

 

 

I ordered an item that was just released in Japan, why was my order not shipped?
When an order is released in Japan, we have to first order the product ourselves and have it shipped to our liason in Japan. He ships it to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Once it arrives in our warehouse we can ship it to your adress. This process can take up to 2 weeks (3 if Customs wants additional information).
